coaches?

    If there are any around -
    got a couple questions. I don't want to 'out' anybody that doesn't want outed or make anyone give up their vital info on coaching, but had some questions.


    It seems like guys at the prep level are married to one scheme on offense or defense.
    Why, and how much variance from that scheme do you use?
    what drew you to using that particular scheme?
    how much adaptation to an opponent do you do, for instance to take advantage of something you see on tape?


    Now that the prep year is over for all real purposes, just thought I'd look into a few thoughts.

    JMHO

    most or alot of the coaches only really "know" that particular scheme well versus any others therefore reluctant to change thing unless they have a quality dependable and knowledgeable OC or DC they trust too implement something new... Comes from 12 years experience as an assistant footballl coach at the HS level!...
