West Carteret's Lonnie Chisenhall has started his college baseball with a bang at S. Carolina. In his first two games, he is batting 5 for 8 with 1 double, 2 triples, and a homerun.

How did the Tar Heels let him get away? Especially since they signed his former teammate Drew Poulk.

If I am not mistaken, he was one of the players that committed during their junior year. I don't believe UNC has gone down that road, yet, of committing to a junior...but times they-are-a-changin'

Chisenhall is the first player I remember committing very early. I think his high school coach, and Ray Tanner are good friends.
