    I was scanning the MLB box scores tonight and saw where Bobby Parnell, a former player at East Rowan, started for the New York Mets today against the Florida Marlins and pitched 5 shutout innings. Parnell allowed 3 hits and struck out 5. The Mets' bullpen cost Parnell the shot at the win. I remember seeing and contributing to a thread on Parnell a month ago, so I thought a few folks wouldn't mind an update.
