    Who are the best players in western N.C.? The best hitters and the best infielders?

    Don't know all of them and I am sure I will leave some out, but in my humble opinion:

    Infielders/Hitters: Josh Moore West Henderson, William Head Asheville, Joel Mckeithan TCR, Michael Whitehead TCR, Tyler Vaughn Hayesville, Shortstop from Enka whose name eludes me right now. :frusty:

    Hitters: Casey Allison West Henderson, Daniel Hyatt Brevard

    I'm pretty sure what this means is with combined scholly's it = 100%. There are quite a few that fit that description. It just goes to show how important grades are.

    i may be wrong here but wasn't mckeithan a jv player last year? if so how can you say he's one of the top players in wnc?

    I have seen him play, season, summer and fall and in my opinion he is one of and will be one of the best in WNC for 3 years. Size, good speed, strong arm, good bat that should only get better as he matures physically.

    Although it probably wasn't necessary to justify my opinion, I chose to, and if you know better ones that I have left off, please feel free to add your own choices.

    i saw a kid play in little and he will be a good one for years to come as well but until he plays a varsity season i could not say he was one of the best in wnc.
