    Ashley Bone of the Lady Blues has verbally committed to play at UNC! She was being pursued by several other D-1 and D-11 programs but decided to become a Tarheel after evaluating all the programs.
    Nice job Ashley! That 250 foot HR off the New Lennox Gold pitcher in Boulder and a seven inning pitching gem sure did not hurt! Best of luck as you prepare for your senior year of HS. You have been a major part of our summer success, thank you, GIRL!

    Congratulations Ashley! I know Mom and Dad are really, really happy! Who could have known that many years ago you'd be at Carolina! Way to persevere!!

    We are SOOOOOOOO proud of this kid! Not only is Ash a stud on the field, she is an extremely smart young lady in the classroom.

    Alvin, Ellen, and Brian get a pat on the back from the fishman as well.

    Congrats

    On behalf of Patty and I, we want to congratulate Ashley and her family. They have worked hard and done everything the can to put her in this position. I know they are happy.

    We had the pleasure of having Ashley play in the Southern Star All-Star Showcase and win an MVP award, so we knew she was headed for big things. Glad you let us enjoy watching you play along the way.

    Way to go Ashley!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know the recruiting season is tough to say the least and wears on the entire family. Great job Bone Family!!!!!
    Stephanie and I have enjoyed playing with you this summer and look forward to Boulder and The Nationals again next year!

    Congratulations Ashley! I got a chance to see you play several times when you were with the Challengers. Pitching a no-hitter and hitting a 250-ft. homerun in the same game - I had a feeling you were something special!
