Andy Clifford commits to Furman University

    2009 LHP, Andy Clifford from Charlotte Christian, has verbally committed to Furman University. Andy currently pitches for the Charlotte Megastars. Furman is getting a great student athlete and fine young man, not to mention a heck of a pitcher, who flat out knows how to pitch. Congratulations to Andy. I know John and Kay are very proud.

    Congrats to Andy

    A true competitor on the mound and an even better young man. Andy and my son have played with / against each other since T-Ball and it has been my pleasure to watch Andy over the years. Good Luck to you in the future (except when you face App St, LOL)! Hey John, looks like we'll get to enjoy a few more games together in the years to come.
