    If the Cougars stay between the tackles and the Refs dont bring any flags the Cougars will win by 20. Just kidding there ACFAN!!! Cougars 21-7.

    A little closer than expected!

    No doubt about it, Alexander Central is a better team. Sometimes though a team will be sluggish after a good outing. The Cougars were almost perfect a week ago against Watauga. Some letdown is probable tonight, although it is a huge game in the playoff pairings. The Cougars have something that will always keep them in any game, and that is a great defense. South Caldwell to win, would have to score 3 touchdowns, and against the Cougar D, it's very unlikely.

    I'll be very curious to see how AC performs this week. IMO, not many teams could have beaten them last Friday night.

    Alexander Central's defense has not allowed a touchdown in the last 10 quarters.

    two games in a row that ACHS has gone under center for most of the offensive game and two weeks in a row they have been plus in the turn over margin. Dustin Harrington is one heck of an athlete with 4 catches for 155 yards and 2 td, 6 carries for 68 yards, 8 tackles and and INT on defense. not to mention the miracle 55yd TD catch with the ball being batted around then out running the defenders. ACHS also still hasnt figured out what the old saying if it aint broke dont fix it means. Run game against Watauga=SUPER=dont pass, run game against South=POOR=dont pass even with russel going 6-10 for 160yd?????
