    Congratulations to the football team at Alexander Central High School. Not only have the players dedicated themselves to a team sport, they excel in the classroom. The Cougars have the best grade point average of all high school football teams in the state. Their average is 3.260 out of a possible 4.0. That’s an incredible mark in anyone’s book. They define the term student-athlete

    Great going guys and hats off to Coach Deal and his staff for the encouragement given to the players about the necessity of academics not just braun.
