    Free Speed and Agility Session with 2 Time Superbowl Champion Dean Hamel. This class will focus on lower body power, stability and flexibility, and core training. Times for the January 9th session are: ages 8-10 at 10am, ages 11-13 at 11am, and ages 14 and up at 12pm. This will be held at 3 Up 3 Down Baseball Academy at 351 16th St. PL SE.HICKORY,N.C.
