23u...is it too late?

    Hello. I have just about to complete my freshman year at an in state college as a student/athlete and I am looking for a 23u team in NC to play for this summer. Is it too late and how do I find out about contacting these teams? I know that most if not all 18u teams are geared towards showcases and I certainly would not want to take playing time away from someone who is working toward a scholarship. But I also know that to continue to grow as a player I need to hone my skills against as much competition at every opportunity. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
