15u South Charlotte Panthers finish 2nd

the south charlotte panthers, a team with players from all over the state and a few guys from charlotte finished 2nd in the 15u AAU national championship held at VA beach. they lost to the tri-state arsenal in the championship game. way to go guys!

The team is made up of players from South Meck(4)East Meck(1)Charlotte Christian(1)Charlotte Catholic(1)Charlotte Country Day(1)Providence HS(1)Meyers Park(1)Ft. Mill(2)Rock Hill(1) and Central Cabbarus(1). More than a few guys from the Charlotte area.

Out of town players include Forbush HS(2) and Davie Co.(1)

The Panthers play beginning Wed. 8/3 at East Cobb in the 07 Perfect Game Wood Bat Nationals. They will have two additions from South Meck(1) and Charlotte Country Day(1) to off set losses of football players and South Carolina students which start school this week.

The team is currently 36-6 on the season with 6 of 6 tournament championships prior to the second place nationals finish including the AAU State Championship and the East Cobb Astros Invitational.
