    Thanks for picking me up this past week K63.My PC has been down for a few days and I could'nt post for a while.

    Mooresville jumped out to a 7-0 lead but Ktown tied it near the end of the 1st half. The Wonders Josh Russell returned a 3rd quarter punt for a TD and then Mooresville fumbled the ensuing kickoff and Kannapolis ran it in for another score (21-7). But Mooresville came back on the arm of Brett Champion and the hands of Chris Peoples and EJ Wilson (2 late TD's) to tie with seconds to go. Kannapolis had the ball in range for a late FG but the seconds ticked away and OT loomed. Mooresville got the ball first and kicked a FG. Kannapolis got down to the 2 yd. line and on 4th and goal decided to go for it. They got it and won the game and more importantly, the NPC crown. This was one of the most exciting HS football games I've ever watched. Mooresville now faces a tough W. Rowan team at home this Friday.
