UNCW picks up 2 JUCO Pitchers

    UNCW recieved commitments last week from Jared Sutton and Blake Hundley. Both are from Lenoir CC. Not sure if both have signed yet, but if not, it will be done early in the week.

    Jared is from Bethel Christian Acad. in Kinston and throws low 90's with good stuff.

    Blake is from Glenn HS in Kernersville and went to Gardner-Webb. He then transferred to Lenoir CC. He played in 2003 for LCC and this year he red-shirted to get the right amount of credit hours to transfer. He's got perfect control and throws consistently upper 80's, low 90's.

    Congratulations to these two guys.

    He has been our student-assistant coach this year as well. "Snake" has been a lot of help to the pitchers here at LCC. He will make a great coach when he's done playing.
