Country Day catcher in critical condition

    I was waiting to post until I knew more details of this accident but one of our local baseball players was involved in a tragic accident this past weekend. Country Day's (CCDS) catcher, one of a twin duo, was riding a four-wheeler when it rolled over on him. He suffered severe head injuries and was air-lifted to CMC. Last I had heard, he was still in a coma. He was riding with his girlfriend on her property. She was thrown from the vehicle and sustained injuries, but not as severe as this young man. Please pray for him and his family and also for the CCDS family as this has affected them as well.

    Thoughts and prayers go out to Brian and his family. They moved into the Charlotte community from Boston, just this year.
