    Been told by a realiblke source outside the Gamewell Community that Coach Bigg Has been offered the job. So the ball is now in his court.

    Actually guys, I really did hear from an assistant principal that BIGGY and the school were way off in terms of $$$$. According to this person, BIGGY laughed when Chris Burton made the initial offer. Burton apparently told BIGGY that his offer was the maximum that he could offer in terms of professional salary, but any additional salary would have to come from the booster club. This person also said that the boster club was virtually none existent and no extra funds were available. I guess it would be speculative to say that all three booster members could raise money to solidify an increase for BIGGY'S salary, however, both sides are still way off in terms of $$$$. In a nutshell, BIGGY wants to come back, but WC's boosters does not have the cash to pay him anywhere close to what EB's paid him.

    This source also told me that the schools administration offered BIGGY the job at around the midpoint in this years football season. Nice job, Chris Burton et al..... No class bums! This really suggests that Styrons tenure at WC was determined prior to the season begining.

    Finally, what will happen to the asst. coaches on staff? Will they remain and coach for BIGGY if he comes or will he bring in his own coaches?

    To JYD:
    You are an easy person to get stirred up. Perhaps you should go to that one pharmacy in gamewell (the one located in some guys barn) and get some chill pills. RELAX!!!!!!!

    OK, Hulkie.... Biggs is coming and I know this for a fact. Burton told you a different story than he's told everyone else so I know you are just on here to stir up crap... Someone very close to Mike(His own bloodline at that) says he's coming and besides Burton said that Biggs said that Money was not an issue at all, the issue is upgrading the facilities.
    Please stay away if you don't know what you are talking about!
