I like who you got winning but i think it is going to be a lot higher scoring game like:

    East Burke 31
    Freedom 28

I'm pulling for East Burke but I really don't think they can match Freedoms speed.

    Freedom 24
    EB 10

Its at Freedom Stadium and much more reason to make it 8 in a row. It will be a dogfight with 15,000 on hand to see a classic for #30.

    Freedom 20
    East Burke 19

Too bad the game isn't at Danny Williams Field. They could fit so many more people into East Burke's stadium! I have no problem with Freedom, but I would like to see East Burke win this one.
What is Putnam's status? I thought I heard he was hurt...

Given two weeks to prepare for this one and Mike Biggerstaff will have the Cavs ready and he always seemed to have Freedoms number when he was at West Caldwell but this is different teams and different schools now . But he is a defensive genious and I dont see this one being high scoring, as a matter of fact maybe the 14-10 pic i have is even high. Look for some twist from the Cavs early in this one, maybe even some no huddle but the Cavs open date came at the best possible time and I have to give the edge to the cavs.

The difference maker here is the presence of ol' Wayne Fletcher on the EB staff. Great defensive coach and I hear he's really fired up the Cavs all year. He's had some experience beating Freedom...
