    Mooresville JV streak of not losing in over 5 years was broken tonight by ACHS BY A SCORE OF 14=13 IN TWO OVERTIMES. ACHS has a very young JV team with a roster of 40 Freshmen and 14 Sophmores. Also one freshman is starting on the varsity. The future looks good.

    Leaders For ACHS were:
    Dustin Harrington-Freshman
    Ryan Rector-Sophmore
    Steven Wine-Freshman
    Daniel Bumgarner=Freshman

    Hats off to the Cougars on a gutty performance. I may have met a couple of you AC posters on top of the press box last night, nice people. The Blue Devils fumbled away their 7-0 lead late in the fourth quarter and AC drives and scores to tie the game with 58 seconds remaining. After that two more Mooresville fumbles in OT seal the deal and the celebration erupts in Cougar town. That JV QB is pretty darn impressive for AC. Good luck the rest of the way. Peace.

    Question for the AC fans...not trying to flame...just want to know. I have heard you guys have had a pretty good JV program for a long time. Why hasn't the same level of success followed them up to varsity?
