East Burke loses a tough game to South Caldwell 2-1. EB led the whole game 1-0 until the 6th when south tied it at 1 a piece. South held EB in the top of the seventh and with two outs in the bottom of the 7th with a man on second, south hits a blooper over shortstop and the left fielder misplays the ball. South wins 2-1.

    Mudcat:

I know that there are some mountain tournaments going on this week during spring break. Can you give us an update on how these are going? I heard that there was a spring break tournament game last night (4/14): Chase 8, North Henderson 5 or something close to that score with North Henderson playing East Henderson two times today (4/15) at 4:00 & 7:30 or something to that effect?!?

Final at Jack Sink.. 1:00 game

    Providence 13, North Meck 12

Though both teams struggled defensively, it couldn't be classified a defensive struggle........

Providence used 5 pitchers, unsure as to who got the win.
    LP: Benji Sheehan

Final at Jack Sink.. 10:00 game
    As reported, Hopewell over Butler
