If your goal is to play college baseball, this is the program for you. At FitTank we have created an environment that you either work hard, or you get left behind. We want to take those kids who are willing to grind, and help them achieve their dreams of playing college baseball. We cap each class size at 5 kids per class, and limit the entire program to just 15 kids total. This allows us to give every resource we have to each athlete. This is not just a workout program, this is the entire package.


Online Tracking
Every athlete will get their workouts through an app on their phone to make it easy to download, track, and record their progress. They are given a membership to FitTank to get private instruction while they perform the workouts.


Workouts/Nutrition
Each athlete will receive a full offseason program that consists of 3 phases; stability, strength, and power, as well as workouts during their season that focus on injury prevention. They will also receive proper supplements for post workout nutrition after each session.


Recruiting
We help take the stress off of the parents and players and guide them through the trials of college recruiting. Each player will get a full online recruiting profile, recruiting video, and we help contact college coaches to give them every opportunity possible.
