    Extreme Performance Kinnaird 16U

Extreme Performance Kinnaird 16U will be conducting open tryouts on the 20th and 28th of August 2016 at Rocky River Elementary School 5454 Rocky River Rd, Concord, NC 28025 from 12 to 2 on field 3. We started up as a 14U team a year and a half ago, and have had much success as a team and family. Our accomplishments on the field have been 9 championships, 4 runner up spots, and various close, competitive tournaments. Off the field, these girls have blossomed and grown into great all around softball players with close ties to one another.
We have kept a strong core of our girls together during this time and are looking forward to new competition and experiences as we advance into 16U. We will be playing mostly showcase tournaments, along with other competitive tournaments that will help our girls get the exposure they need. I am looking for girls who absolutely love the game of softball and are ready to join us on this journey. Also, girls that are willing to become the ultimate team player by working as hard as they can to take that next step toward their goal of playing college softball.
If you are interested in joining this wonderful organization and a great family, please contact me either text or call at 704-467-0157 or email me at [email protected].

Carolina Elite 14U Gold/National Team Tryouts

Carolina Elite 14 Gold - Fisher tryouts set!!
Tryouts for our nationally ranked 14 u Gold (Premier) National - Fisher / Genovese team have been set for Sunday August 21st at 11:00 AM at Wade Hampton High School and Sunday August 28th at 11:00 AM at Pickens High School. The address for Wade Hampton is 211 Pine Knoll Dr. Greenville, SC 29609. The address for Pickens is 4314 Moorefield Memorial Hwy. Pickens, SC 29671. Anyone interested in trying out needs to be prepared to do both tryouts (unless prior obligations, etc have been made, as well as, must be extremely serious about the sport of FastPitch and be willing to travel in both the Fall and Summer seasons (May, June, July, August, Sept, Oct, Nov). The Fall will consist of tournies in South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee and Georgia (a total of 6 events). The Summer will consist of tournies in South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Colorado and possibly California (a total of 8 events). We will be filling all positions with 2002 and 2003 birth year players. The roster will consist of 13 players maximum, with potentially only 12. Players from any state are welcome. Over the past 3 seasons, our team has had 13 players verbally commit to D1 Colleges and Universities , including conferences such as the SEC, ACC, BIG SOUTH, CAA, etc. Our team has won back to back ASA State Championships in the Summer seasons of 2015 and 2016 respectively, 2015 Scenic City Summer Showcase 14 Super A Champions, 2015 ASA National Qualifier Champions, 2014 and 2015 PGF National Qualifier Champions, 3 time PGF National Championships "14 Premier" participant, 5-0 at the 2016 Bolts 5 - Star Exsposure, 6-0 including bracket champions at the 16/18 ASA Diamond Showcase this past Summer, had winning streaks of 19 and 14 over the last 2 years playing at the highest of levels, 3 time WFC Battle at the Beach Champions and has compiled an overall record of 157-43-5 over the last 3 full seasons, including most recently in the Fall of '15 and Summer of '16 going 54-16-3, playing in events such as the ASA Diamond Classic, Scenic City (Summer and Fall) Showcases, Birmingham Thunderbolts 5 Star Exsposure, Atlanta Legacy, PGF and ASA National Qualifiers, ASA 14A State Championships, D9 Sun Classic Fall and Winter Showcases, Champions Elite Showcase, Veterans Tribute Showcase, ASA 14 A National Championships and PGF 14 Premier National Championships. We also have been ranked nationally in the Top 30 of multiple National Softball publications in the 14 Gold Division. We are looking for girls who are committed to the game and who put the work in , day in , day out, and are looking to compete on the next level. Anyone wishing to tryout, please respond with an email to Head Coach, Josh Fisher, at [email protected]
Please include your players' name, birth year, graduation year, city and state, position(s) (primary and secondary), current or former travel clubs (if you want to, this is not a must, but it helps and it does stay confidential until my final roster has been officially set) and any further questions regarding tryouts, etc. I am the Head Coach, and do not have children, and truly do this for the love of the game, helping kids reach their goals of competing at the highest of levels and getting a solid foundation established with Colleges and Universities, in terms of, recruiting. We have had kids commit to the University of South Carolina, University of North Carolina, University of Alabama, University of North Carolina - Wilmington, College of Charleston, Gardner Webb, etc. My references are College Coaches throughout the country that I've been fortunate enough to establish relationships with, and more importantly my former parents and players, which I can honestly say I feel that 95% or so of their reviews would be positive. I can't say 100%, because as you well know, you just can't make everyone happy, if I did, I probably wouldn't be making this post, about this caliber of team. So I encourage anyone who is interested in having your child tryout, ask around at College camps, parents or players you may know, or just anyone around the softball community. I'm very confident in what I do, and I've built my team strictly off of being as honest with folks and trying to treat each kid individually and as fairly as possible, which sometimes, I probably am too fair. I understand that for all or at least almost all parents, there daughter is the main concern and in there eyes, are the best or if they're not the best it's because they didn't have enough opportunities, playing time, etc. With only carrying 12-13 kids, I don't have many conversations about playing time, bc my kids play. I will say, when bracket or championship play begins, I play who I think will give me the best shot of winning, and typically, that is off of statistics, or who I feel comfortable with the most. A kid may be better defensively than offensively, in that case, if it came down to 1 spot for 2 kids, I'd go with who I think is performing better all the way around. I believe in going with who's hot and what's working over something pre-determined. I will not be having any type of individual tryouts, due to so many people requesting those. The way of the world , in my opinion, of travel ball is that kids are going to tryout for other teams and organizations. I have zero problem with it, and while I understand a parent wanting to stay quiet about it, I don't understand a coach, who attempts to police his players and who they tryout for, IF , of course it is tryout season. My question to those coaches, would be , how if a kid is not your daughter, did you get her on your team. Heck, I want coaches going after my kids! It must mean someone agrees with me! Looking forward to a competitive couple of tryouts. We have built something to be proud of and this is the most spots I've had to fill yet, thus, should make for an awesome couple of days!
    Thanks
