Individual Showcase/Clinic Hosted by Lamar University 14th-15th Dec 2013

[FONT=&quot]Lamar University Head softball coach Holly Bruder is hosting a two day Diamond Edge Individual Showcase / Instructional clinic on the 14th and 15th December 2013 at Ford Park in Beaumont, Texas.

Coach Bruder will be joined by a number of Division I, Division II, Division III, Junior College and NAIA coachesto instruct and evaluate the players over a two day period.

There will be Coaches Evaluating and Instructing from Texas, New Jersey, Ohio, Arkansas, Oregon, Georgia, Louisiana, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Colorado and Utah

There are only 125 spots. Player/Coach 7:1

Excellent Camp

Everyone, this is a great softball camp. Coach Jamieson and Coach Day( played at Arkansas) are excellent teachers. If your interested in the next level I recommend you attend. Furman's softball field and college campus is one of the most beautiful in the country. Plus, Greenville SC downtown area is incredible.

Friday, November 1st 6-8pm – Clinic for parents AND coaches (Coaches $25 and parents are free with paid clinic fee) Topsail Auditorium

Saturday, November 2nd – 2 Hour Clinic (10U, 12U, 14U & 16/18U) $50 THS Gym

Sunday, November 3rd – Private – 1 hour lesson with Bill Hillhouse (You must have attended the clinic to schedule a private lesson. Contact for further information.) THS Gym

**Pitchers must provide their own catcher!**

Who is Bill Hillhouse? Bill is one of the premier men’s fast pitch pitchers in the country. He has competed internationally and played twice on the Men’s National Team. Bill was the youngest pitcher to play on the US Men’s National team. (He has never played a day of baseball in his life!) Bill has played and/or coached on 6 of the world’s 7 continents. Bill coaches and instructs, not only across the country, but in other countries as well (Denmark, Bahamas, Panama and the Dominican Republic just to name a few). What can you expect at the clinic? Bill will cover pitching mechanics, understanding pitching styles, troubleshooting mechanics, the difference between correct and incorrect drills commonly used by pitchers and pitching coaches, pitching demonstrations, and a question and answer session. Appalachian State Winter Camps

The defending SoCon regular season champion Appalachian State University softball team will be hosting four clinics and one skills camp over the winter months. Clinic/camp dates are Dec. 14th, 15th, and Jan. 12. More information can be found by clicking the below link.

Partin Performance Softball Camp

Partin Performance Training Center is a new softball/baseball facility located in Burlington. We are please to offer our College Coach Softball Camp. This will be a one day camp covering all the fundamentals and aspects of the game. Learn from the college coaches themselves as they will teach what it takes to get to the next level.

Colleges in attendance: UNC, Elon, Campbell and Mt. Olive (more to come)

Heat Softball Christmas camp

Heat softball/baseball organization is having a Christmas camp. To be held December 14th and 15th at the Heat facility in Hickory at (2615 Main Avenue Drive Hickory, N.C 28601) The instructors are former Lenoir-Rhyne University players Dawon Millwood and Jessica Fellmeth. As well as former professional baseball player Dustin Harington. Offering 3 camps: Hitting Camp 9am-12pm Ages 9-18, Pitching, catching, Fielding & Agility 1pm-4pm Ages 9-18, All skills camp 5pm-8pm Ages 5-10 each camp is 100$ or Any two camps together is 150$ to receive a t-shirt you must register by December 7th.
