Unbelievable...how time flies

    I was talking to a friend of mine this evening and the reality set in. Some of the girls I have followed and coached since they were 10 years old are getting ready to begin their senior years in college softball...unbelievable how time flies!! My daughter will playing her junior year this year, but that is still 2 more years of softball.

    I will mention a couple of players who are near and dear to my heart and their parents are also. Toni Ann Williford and Landon Warren have one more semester of softball left at NC State. It seems like only yesterday they were 12 years old and playing for their respective travel ball teams. Hey, it is a long way from playing at Nahunta to the stadium and NCSU...well. perhaps it is really not that far.

    I know many parents and coaches wonder where the time has gone. Congrats to all the seniors this year...finish STRONG!!

    I am thinking the same thing. This is my daughter's last semester of college and it seems like just yesterday that it was Cardinals versus Lady Blues versus Cobras etc. Those have definitely been some of the best years of my life.:agreed:
