    Watauga takes opening drive down and goes ahead 7-0.

    Positive side for AC, it didn't happen on the very 1st play this time.

    Watauga goes for it on 4th and 7, but Cougars take over on AC 26 yard line.

    Watauga still leads 7-0 with 8:42 left in the 2nd quarter.

    Watauga has dominated so far, AC only has around 30-40 yards of offense.

    1st play from scrimmage for Watauga after the tying score, Chambers fumbles and AC recovers.

    AC kicks a 43 yard FG... Pretty good for High School kicker

    AC 10 Watauga 7

    1:34 left in 1st half.

    Halftime 10-7 AC leads..

    Watauga's QB Green got injured and not sure about whether he can return or not. Let's hope he can.

    AC hasn't been able to do much offensively. All 10 points for AC came off 2 Watauga fumbles.



    Sounds like the 1st game at Boone this year. AC kept putting their defense in bad spots and it was 28-0 at halftime.

    Should be interesting in the 2nd half.

    Watauga has lost their starting QB and AC has lost their starting left tackle. Hate to see it for those kids. Maybe they can come back and make an impact for their teams.
