    3 great games in 1 day at tha DAP in Durham in march, it would be great if we had a CBC invite or Heat, Nation baseball or even a TBR invite. As an example you can take top 3 or 4 teams from Charlotte area and play teams outside of Charlotte, different class as well, wouldnt want anyone to meet again in playoffs. This year for example you could of had East Rowan and Providence, East Rutherford and Adrey Kell, South Caldwell and Cuthbertson. They could play at Knights Castle or the Hickory Crawdads stadium. I am sure scouts would love it and it could only help the economy. This is just an example of a thought I had.

    Not a bad idea! Those games would be great to watch and play in. But scheduling issues might prohibit this for some teams.

    It would be fun, but as more high schools are being built, and conferences grow, there are less and less out of conference games allowed. There are some great Easter tournaments in Chlt and I would hate to see them suffer with the addition of another invite tournament. In an 8 team conference you get 5 or 6 non conference and an Easter tournament, then your schedule is full. In our case, Mooresville, almost all of the non conf games are against old rivals that I would be hard to stop scheduling.

    East Rowan already holds an Invite each year at Five County stadium.:sunny:

    I still like the idea...TBR Invite at Knight's Castle....cool!!!!!!

    We can do this if I got a solemn promise that all TBR members will appear :pimp:
