I got on the Rip It site & noticed that they are made of alloy & 100% compsite free. Is alloy as hot as compsite?

As I understand it, rip-it was a spin off of the rockettech bat, and at some time in the past, they all worked for steve anderson at anderson bat. when i sold rip-its, they were composite.....i know nothing about the new bats, but know that the old bats paled in comparision to the rocket tech's of old....

    ripits

when they were first issued the endcaps would pop off. they had no durability daughter and her teammates picked up a couple at a michele smith camp. they had decent pop-just no durability.

that was 3 or 4 years ago. they were aluminum at that time as well.
