    The Pack scored 65 runs in the three-game sweep over LaSalle. Not a bad start.

    Russell Wilson got some time on the mound.

    the baseball thing with Russell Wilson is interesting. Lot of skills obviously but has not had great college level #'s as of yet. Realize he's not had lots of full-time reps in that sport, but jury may still be out. Is he one of those naturals with all the tools?

    and the pitching thing??

    Yeah, I'm surprised about the pitching. I doubt his future will be pitching, but it could end his future.

    State should be pretty good this year, but I think next year will be the start of something special.

    RW pitching update

    Russell Wilson the pitcher struck out a few vs. Campbell but had control issues and blew a save opportunity. State won in xtra's.

    Russell Wilson game winning / walk-off 3 run HR today vs. #4 UC-Irvine at Myrtle Beach, after playing late duty at LF.
