Great news about Taylor

    Here is an update in the journal for Taylor, her mom posted this morning. It can be found at CaringBridge.org. Go to visit, then taylorberry2,and that should take you there. Also, sign the guestbook, look at her pics.

    Great update on my little angel!!! Yesterday morning Taylor started eating small bites of apple sauce. By the 5 pm she ate a small piece of chicken and yogurt. This morning is the nurses has taken out all IV's and given all pain meds by mouth only. The doctors are making her get up to take small steps to get her body moving again. She walked to the door and back. Today she has to walk to the nurses station and back 2 times a day, or futher if she pushes it. She is asking to come home, but she has to prove to everyone that she can hold down her food and walk on her own. She is a very strong willed and determined young lady. I would not be surprised to be coming home this weekend if she keeps up the great progress and determination that she has.
    All the love and prayers, and especially the angels that have been flying around her continuously have make her recover much faster.
    I would like to personally thank each and everone for all the messages and prayers that you have written to my beautiful daughter and to me as well. I love everyone for being her for us.

    another update

    This is from Sandy(Taylor's mom):

    Today's a beautiful sunny day! Taylor is bouncing back like her old self again! Not as quickly, but I will take it! She is getting out some, to watch the girls practice softball, watching her cheerleading squad practice and that to me is a miracle all in itself. I would not put it past her and God to prove to all the doctors that she will come back stronger than ever and become the cheerleader at UNC-G that she so badly wants to be. Please keep the prayers going and the support, because it is working! SHE WILL BE BACK!

    I was told by Taylor's dad yesterday that if she has a good day, she can come to the school for our game vs Bunker Hill at 4:30. (at home):woohoo:
