Heard gas in plentiful and reasonable in Gibsonville/Burlington area! Some say $3.59 or less per gal. Beats Charlotte, 1-5 stations with gas and only regular.

Rodney, I think what is causing the problem around Charlotte is panic. Too many topping of their tank when they don't need to. If people would just calm down and buy their gas as needed, the long lines and stations out of gas would go away. This is the only area in the state that the problem is bad as it is.

Not just Charlotte.....had cars that followed the tanker in on Friday. They lined up out in the street and had traffic backed up while he was getting set up to fill the tanks. 2 stations in our area have consistently kept gas. Cars have been lined up as I went through each morning at 6 and the lines have lasted through the day with traffic directors in the street until the gas runs out.

Humanity is it's own worst enemy.

    Boone/Blowing Rock has same problem

We went to visit ASU on Saturday and towns there had same problem.
Stations get gas in, people swarm in and then they're out.
People need to chill out and stop panicking.
