    Yes a clear balk. you have to either back off the rubber or do a jump spin turn and throw. you must disengage to throw to first base.

    yes, that is a balk. I know from experience that you must disengage the rubber as a RHP to pick to first.

    Yes a balk--He was in contact with the rubber when he went to first
