    John was recently announced as the new pitching coach at Surry Community College. The recent LR grad is a dynamite young man that will bring enthusiasm and a bright mind to the program. This is a wonderful opportunity and I wanted to be the 1st to congratulate him on his new endeavor.

    John is a very hard worler who will do an excellent job because he has a passion for baseball and coaching. I am so proud of him for the way he has grown up over the past few years and the way he has handled himself with class no matter what happened around him.

    He's on my all-time top five list. but of course, I love them all.

    Thank you very much to both of you. I'm hoping that I can go up there and make everyone proud. Thank you coach for helping me get this job, I know that if it weren't for your reccommendation then I most likely wouldn't have it. I'm looking forward to helping coach simmons and the knights win a championship.
