Brittany Berrier/Jelena Shaw Named All-Americans

    UNCP senior Brittany Berrier (Lexington, NC/North Davidson HS) and sophomore Jelena Shaw (Fayetteville, NC/South View HS) were both named to the NFCA All-American team last week.

    Berrier was named 1st Team OF and Shaw was named 3rd Team At-Large. Berrier was also named 2nd Team Daktronics All-American. Both Berrier and Shaw were also named NFCA South Atlantic Region 1st Team as well as Peach Belt All-Conference. They are the 1st All-Americans in the history of the program at UNCP.

    Both had outstanding years for us and represented the best that North Carolina has to offer the softball world!
