    Lets make a deal

Name the players (transfers) you want and I will do my usual bribe thing......hate seeing kids stuck at just one school.

there are a few schools i know that the jv coach is so abrasive that he basically ruins it for the kids and many just drop off or don't even come out

IMHO... in that case the Varsity Coach should take care of that situation

    Keith Goodwin

Stretchy hes talking about Keith. But Im working on Brian too. I will say that our series with Coach Evans teams over the years have been awesome. Back and forth and very competitive every year. I dont think Jim will come. He likes peanuts too much. If I can just get coach F-3 to stop scheduleing Rocky Mount , Roxboro Person and Greenville Rose in the same week of the season we might be ok. :cowboy:

Oh Im sorry I think I have hijacked this thread.

Our Practice schedule goes like this usually:

JV on field V at hitting area (cages/stations) fundamentals for both. We come together for instruction on situations, bunt coverages, etc... especially when we are teaching so all hear the same thing and Varsity can emonstrate for JV's. We then flip for JV and V on field/cage.

Depending on the needs we have split practice, practiced together, depending on what we see as needs for the day/week.

When we are teaching we must go together. My pitching coach works with both V and JV pitchers.

Honestly, every we have so much fun when we play... in fact I think the coaches have more fun than the players... No matter what, our games are always competitive and our kids enjoy competing against each other and have a mutual respect for each other. If I can only figure out if Coach F-3 changed the signs, or if he kept them the same thinking I would think they were changed....:229031_hail::229031_hail::229031_hail::229031_hail:

People like KM and Coach F3 keep me motivated and make me thankful I have good friends in baseball!! Other than my kids, men like these make me continue to enjoy the game like a kid!!
