East Burke Pregame Music

Dear lord if anyone on here has anything to do with the pregame music at East Burke or has a way of changing it, please do so. Sometimes I think that our strategy is to put the opposition to sleep before the game. There is nothing more anti-climactic than having dull music before a game. If you agree please post, if not, post anyway.

it's not a song, it's like a radio station or something which would qualify mostly as easy listening. Last friday we spent atleast 30 minutes listening to a very monotone analyst on espn radio. It makes me want to scream sometimes. Athletes like to get pumped up before a game and so does the crowd, not take naps.

 

Maybe I should make a copy of Wataugas and send it on down to Mr Link.

 

This past week was a little better as we had a little classic rock but any help would be appreciated.

 

A couple years ago at East Burke, the PA guy was trying to give a truck's tag number that had left their lights on. He got so confused and befuddled that he just said " It that white truck parked next to the fence, oh It's not white? Well never mind". Who needs music with banter like that?

 

Someone needs to kill the PA guy for playing shit like that.

 

No need for any pregame music, you don't hear any of it during the game, except for the band.

EB will be up for the game regardless of what music is played before hand. If it's not wearing blue and silver, they're bringin the lumber!

 

With the city slickers from Charlotte they should crank up a little music from Deliverence.
