Crest Sterling Cole throws a perfect game

    I know we have a thread for JV scores, but I thought this should have a headline.

    Sterling Cole tossed a perfect game vs Kings Mountain. Cole went 7 striking out 6 in the Chargers 9-0 win. Julian Ridings had 3 hits including a 3 run homer. Caleb Clark and Josh Humphries had 2 hits each.

    Should also give a shout to the Charger defense with a perfect game.

    Crest goes to 10-0 on the year.

    I don't care what level of baseball or the level of competition, a Perfect Game is a Perfect Game...one of the truly great team performances that can be accomplished.

    Congratulations to Sterling Cole and to the Crest baseball team.

    CONGRATS

    Congratulations to Sterling.....I remember seeing Sterling when he was 9/10 yrs old playing some AAU/USSSA tournaments. He was quiet a pitcher at a young age. Many wondered what ever happened with Sterling...glad he is still playing and doing well.
