The Trojans avoid an 0-2 NPC conference start by coming from behind on the new and improved Lake Norman Wildcats 4-3.

Down 3-2 in the 5th, NW came back on a 2-out 2-run blast to right field off of the bat of Grayson Thompson. Matt Mariano picked up the win in relief. LN's Garrett Braun pitched well and was the hard-luck loser. Eric Manser also added a HR for the Wildcats.
