After doing some research, it is an organization that has been around a long time. They operate out of the Chicago area and have been involved with the development of a lot of college and pro players. If appears that they are trying to put their fingers into our state for some players, which says a lot about the talent in our state.

Although, this is not an indictment of CF Swingman, in particular, but many organizations list in their programs all of the players they have placed in the colleges...when in reality, that player may have attended just one of their camps.

We are fortunate that we have some academies in our state that feature the same benefits as CF without having to travel outside of NC....and that number keeps growing yearly.

The other thing to keep in mind is that NC is blessed with something like 17 D1 schools and a host of quality D11 and D111 schools (and that doesn't include the many great schools in SC). Unless one is determined to go to school out of state, they are more than enough events to showcase one's talent in our state.

Although there are others like them, I would like to mention the On Deck Baseball Academy as one that would equal any others that you would find out of this state...and they have a track record of developing their players and placing them in colleges with unbelievable success.

I found a website. It sounded ok but I didn't notice many NC
players from previous camps or even other names that I recognize.
Very expensive! Not sure how they got my son's name........

If your son participated in a Perfect Game or similar type showcase, they got his name from the mailing list.
