What are the odds that West Rowan wins the state title?

Ok, I'll give you the "gift" TD, (if by gift you mean outstanding play by all star safety Zeb Link) but west rowan also had 3 dropped (dropped not batted) passes that would've resulted in TDs. So, if you want to talk about coulda woulda should... we can. :imagestor Yes their schedule is weak, but apparently all the people who vote on the AP poll believe they are that good. Because they are! They have too many athletes on BOTH sides of the ball. Anything can happen, but WR has the talent and the desire to make it to the championship.

 

Those people that vote on the polls only see wins .. they rarely look at who played . If they look at the WR scores it does appear that they are a powerhouse.
I wouldnt trust a poll to gauge your success....

I'm not a Davie fan, just my 2 cents.Does West usually beat Davie?

 

West and Davie never really played until a few yrs ago. When I played at west it was always a scrimmage game, with the coaches and teams standing on the field. I'm really not sure how many years they have played each other in a real game. I know last yr davie did beat west, but that was largely in part to all star running back Cooter Arnold, and a combination of other athletes Davie had.

 

oh and as far as AP polls, Im not a fan either, I know a few of the voters have come to West games this year. But West really is that good, The coaching staff has been careful to make sure they know on any given night any given team can pull an upset so these guys are playin each game like it's the state championship. Only time will tell.
