Take I-85 North and take the I-40 East interconnect in the Greensboro area (they merge together until you split again Durham/Chapel Hill) Stay on I-40 East and take the I-440 INNER LOOP when you enter Raleigh. Take the Hwy 64 East (Greenville) exit off of I-440. You will travel a few miles through the congested Knightdale area until you reach 64 East bypass (lots of bumper to bumper traffic here, get into right lane after the Wal-Mart and take the 64 East bypass). Stay on 64 East until you reach the Hwy 264 East (Zebulon) exit and take it (right). Stay on 264 East until you near Greenville. Take a right onto Arlington Dr.(stop light) and go approx. 2 miles. GRHS will be on the left. Nice campus, cant miss it. Hit Parkers BBQ while you're in town, trust me.

I'm not from Greenville but my daughter attends ECU. Been there, done that.
