All those names are on the radars of all the school in NC. What you have to keep in mind is this. This is the time of year that many players are getting flooded with letters from schools. Although it is flattering, they really don't mean much.

July 1st will be the first day the rising seniors will know the contenders from the pretenders. The schools that have a strong interest will be contacting you....and let the recruiting begin!!!!

Anything during this time is mere speculation and only the schools know for sure where their real interests lie

Yes...I have. But ask me a tough question :D

Wade Moore is unbelievably talented, but give me Addison Johnson. I could write a page about him.

Zach and Justin will be very busy come July.

I've seen Addison Johnson and he is the real deal on the mound. Is he a senior yet?

As far as colleges and underclassmen, there are so many things that factor into the equation that it's impossible to say who is looking at which player.
    • Is their roster already full at that spot?
    • Is he a good fit academically?
    • Are any of their current players going to be drafted?
    • How much money do they have available?
    • Where are the greatest needs?
    • If I go after player X will I have the resources to compete for player Y?
The colleges also want to play it close to the vest. Maybe their competitor in the same conference doesn't know about a player. They sure don't want it public that they are interested in him.

Finally, you can get letters and phone calls left and right from a set of colleges, but, come July 1st, an entirely different group of schools you haven't been thinking about at all are on the phone. You were hearing a lot from School Z up until July 1st and then "poof", it's as if you never existed. School Z had you on their "B" list but they got their "A" player ... bye, bye...but another school comes along in the same conference and has a greater need at your position ... they've never written, but they are interested.

I would venture a guess that the majority of players who have committed didn't sign with the schools who were writing them as juniors. Some did, but a majority didn't.
