    I know this is HS board. But read this. UNC Tar Heel Junior Danielle Spaulding broke a 21-year old school record Wednesday when she struck out 19 batters of the 22 batters against Campbell in Buies Creek, N.C. as the Tar Heels claimed a 6-1 win. Spaulding snapped Tracey Brower's mark of 17 set in 1988......

    Dani came within 2 outs of a no hitter. She is unbelievable. She also hit another homerun. She hit a batter and gave up a 1 out homerun in the 7th.

    What a day for Spauldo! She is coming off shoulder surgery and has been battling injuries all year. Congrats.

    Karley Love of CU hit her 10th HR of the year. What a sweet young lady from a wonderful family.

    Just to brag a little, including Karley, there were 6 former Carolina Cardinals playing in that game. When UNC plays NCSU and VA Tech, there will be a total of 7. I know Ray is proud.

    Went to see UNC Sat. DS had 18 K's. Had perfect game till top of 4th, 1st batter up 250' HR. She smiled, next 3 went back to the dugout.......
