    Congratulations go out to Nick McBride who has committed to the Pirates of ECU! Outstanding young man with a terrific family, ECU has gotten a gem in this young man. Pure athlete with an electric arm that is only going to get better.

    My only question is how Hugh is going to be able to pull off having 2 possible friday starters at some point? This just goes to show that children can overcome a poor gene pool! :tt2:

    Congrats again to the McBride family and Nick from the Allmans.

    WOW!!!

    ECU lands a GEM. Congrats to Nick, Susan and Hugh. The Pirates just got alot better and they were pretty good to start with. Only problem is that even though Greenville is quite a party town, it's not ready for Hugh and Danny.

    Way to go Nick. We are all looking forward to following your success.

    Congrats to Nick. Loved watching him pitch last year and look forward to his senior season at Ragsdale.

    Great young man and a fantastic baseball family! These are the kind of people that make baseball so much fun to be around.
    Wes and Nick are two of the finest young men I have ever met. Be proud Mom and Pop... ya'll did good!

    Way to go! Great reward for years of hard work. I know Mom, Dad and brother are proud.

    I hope ECU & UNCG play each other over the next few years. Should make for some interesting Thanksgiving dinners!
